Posting as anon cause lazy as fuck. Haven't dealt with this virus yet but from the last one I had I just deleted the profile, got on the other one and replaced everything. The method is more efficient with a back up profile and probably not the best way but it's with me.

Well this is obvious, you may of removed the virus but what of the encryption?
Someone please explain to me if this idea is wrong
You could make a program that generates 2048 bit encryption and without the virus on the computer there is no chance of deletion of the files. Obviously the program would generate and automatically try to decrypt the files. I am shocked to as how simple this idea is ergo it must be flawed.

That doesn't solve shit. Encrypted files are encrypted - they're scrambled bytes of data which you can't read whatever operating system you open them in. The only way to recover them is to decrypt them - if you have the key and the encryption algorithm - and by all means, that must be a private cryptography algorithm (which you have 0 chances of finding shit about).
Another solution is to backup all your shit on something. There is google drive, skydrive, get a portable hard disk - hell create 2 backups if necessary - and maybe a whole hard disk image.

Wouldn't the data be encrypted still though? O.o

another solution, requiring a second computer, is to download linux (i recommend ubuntu - is user friendly, free and 800mb, not a big deal), put it on a usb key and boot on it, save all the data you need to be saved (you can access to windows disk from linux) and format your computer and reinstall windows to be 100% sure the virus is gone.

For you and everybody else here:
This is not how it works!
I know you can outsmart some viruses with the safe mode.
But as soon as this virus starts, it encrypts your data.
It's permanently fucked, even in safe mode.
Neither you, nor an antivir program in safe mode can decrypt your data anymore.
You can get rid of the virus, but your data will still be encrypted.
