i never said anything about Pakistan being bad i have never visted there, as far as the power issue goes its not about the fact of not being able to watch tv, i don't watch much at all, its more about the fact that even though they are trying to conserve power there isn't much to conserve and the sun is constantly beating down in area's so why not invest in solar panels? try to increase power output. and of course this is in india, i don't know the situation in Pakistan. just saying my slight hatred towards indians, and india, well its not really a hatred its more of an annoyance since they are so proud of something that really isn't much to be proud of they really dont have any achivements or anything
User avatar #32 - thenukecity (02/01/2013) [-]
Pakistan are really very alike. The difference being that India is larger, has a larger population and has Bollywood. And the reason they're so proud, is that they gained independence from the British in 1947. I don't know about you, but that seems to be something to be happy about.
User avatar #33 - crazyhindu (02/01/2013) [-]
that is true, i kind of honestly hate being Indian, too many expectations you know? you can't make a single mistake, that and the other indians at my school are annoying as fuck they do not shut up thats also kind of why i hate being associated with other indians. don't get me wrong im not saying i despise the country and hope it dissapears, even though that does contradict what i said earlier it just needs to get its fucking act together.
User avatar #34 - thenukecity (02/01/2013) [-]

Hey I was born and raised India, partially in Europe and now residing in the US. I do agree India has its problems, but you must also realize its a big country. That means there are shit places that you described, and then there are filthy rich places as well. As a optimist I can definitely verify that things in India are shaping up ever since the 2000ish time. I would agree with you that a good amount of US indian students are batshit crazy or weird, it all depends upon the locale. The area i live in consist of really chill Indians. So remember not to generalize! There are a billion of us. Anyways peace out.
User avatar #43 - crazyhindu (02/01/2013) [-]
true i guess i am just generalizing off of my experience, and really you met a chill indian? thats a first i have yet to meet one, the ones around me scream and purr thats right purr for no fucking reason, granted im a senior and they are freshman but still come on they are in highschool for fucksake
User avatar #44 - BountyHunterII (02/01/2013) [-]
Haha I like to think I am one. But yeah my highschool experience was bad. College is were I met most of the nicer ones. Idk some weird guys became cool after the parents loosened the noose.
User avatar #86 - crazyhindu (02/01/2013) [-]
really? i guess idk the ones i know have really chill parents and let them do whatever and i think its because they are so chill that the kids turned out like spoiled little assholes, three of them already have a nicer car than me and they don't even have their license's yet. and they constantly brag about how mommy and daddy alway buy them shit and they just fucking aggravate me. and yeah i like to think i am one too, shit even my friends tell me im probably the more chill indians they have met
User avatar #90 - BountyHunterII (02/01/2013) [-]
Yeah the moral that I learnt was that you cant base your opinion on one population group you know? Its just a small sample of a whole group. Some Spaniards I know here are arrogant, but there are so many nice ones in another town. The one german guy here is an asshole, but the ones I know in Germany were really cool etc.

You sound like an intelligent individual. I don't see anything "gay" about it. All male/female relationships. You probably haven't even seen it, just like to hop on the bandwagon of hate to feel accepted by the majority.
User avatar #163 - thenukecity (02/01/2013) [-]
I read the books for a bit and was off put by the whole idea of it. The gay part was a joke, but you perceive what you wish.

You are saying that the second amendment is outdated yourself and therefore needs to be updated. If It were me, id' change it to "every citizen has the right to carry a handgun for safety measures, and are oblied to take at least x hours of lessons in safety first". Seems reasonable to me.
User avatar #399 - thenukecity (01/06/2013) [-]
I'm not saying the second amendment is outdated. What I'm saying is that the odds were stacked more evenly back then. 2 guys holding muskets are equal. A civilian with an AR and a soldier with an AR aren't.

Because in the very inlikely case of a civil war a militia with some assault rifles will stand a chance against SWAT teams and Marines? I hope you're trolling.
User avatar #531 - whaawhaa (01/07/2013) [-]
But when half the country owns guns 150,000,000 vs our total military force of 1-2 million I say civilians would do fine.
User avatar #654 - SognaVetr (01/07/2013) [-]
You really think in case of a civil war the entire population would join a militia? If you are lucky, 5% will, the rest will run, hide, seek asylum etc. Not even speaking about the great number of people who would join the government's side out of pure fear.
User avatar #337 - thenukecity (01/06/2013) [-]
The point of the second amendment was just that. In case of something like this happening, the people can fight back. Of course at the time everyone had muskets so the odds were more even. You have to realize that the second amendment was made before the invention of fully automatic weapons.
User avatar #377 - SognaVetr (01/06/2013) [-]
