Why should we go out of our way to humor a dickhead?

If i was in the van, I would have moved over and let him go, what if he wasn't a douche bag and his wife was having a baby or something, no one drives like that if they aren't in a hurry, it could be important, the guy in the car wasn't trying to start a fight, nor did he "almost" hit the guy in the van, the guy in the van is a douche because he saw that the car was in a hurry, the tried is best to block of the whole road and the slowed down a couple of times and cut off the car instead, the road was wide enough for two lanes in several areas. If i was in a hurry and had to speed, which I would only do if I had a very good reason, I would be pissed to if some douche bag kept blocking off the road and kept slowing down, and then when i finally got beside him, speeds up just to make my life miserable for no reason, fuck that van guy.

So... when someone tries to do something illegal and dangerous, and you don't go out of your way to help them along, you're the one at fault? Only makes sense.

The car driver is at fault, but there was many attempts when the van could have easily seen the guy was being an asshole, and just move over to the right some, let the guy go by, record his drivers license, call the authorities and deal with the problem like mature people, instead of raising fists and smashing bumpers.

Your logic is flawed beyond my belief. The car guy tried to make an illegal pass on a narrow road with oncoming traffic, and got out of his car to fight with the van guy (who had, to my understanding, followed all traffic laws). The car guy is the only one at fault and he deserves all charges that may have been laid against him.

Yes l know he was the one at fault here but if the van driver had just moved to the right and let the guy pass (who was an idiot being reckless) then l am sure that violence could have been avoided. As well the van driver at the end begins to use his vehicle as a weapon against the car driver, which was unnecessary and dangerous. It was obvious the car driver wasn't giving up trying to pass, just move over and let idiot go.

When writing the content, it didn't seem to matter (poor decision I guess). I've not had to edit the description before and I'm fairly certain I'm misunderstanding it but I seem to be unable to at this point. Saying it as a random comment would be useless. I have said it repeatedly in response to comments, it's quite obvious no-one is reading them anyway.
