Yeah he has a mechanic where, if a player puts down a red summon sign in Drangleic Castle, there is a chance he will summon them for the boss fight instead of the NPC.

It is rather fun to do. No one expects it because it is a bit tedious to do.

On the highest new game cycle for that particular area so it was taking forever and I kept having to retry.

Oh no, talking is not really an issue. I just got really focused on this ******* ******** boss completely enjoyable experience of a fight.

Which one? the only boss I had trouble with was the Old Iron King
I play heavy armor so it was somewhat challenging because I didn't have any ranged attacks

Well, technically not a boss I suppose, but she is as difficult as one...and by difficult I mean ******** completely fair and challenging.

It is Licia, the saint who hangs out inside the Rotunda...I only just learned that I need to get an item first or else will not get the miracle I was fighting her for in the first place.

Because I need the Soothing Sunlight miracle in order to get the Master of Miracles trophy. Otherwise I would stay far the **** away from her.

After that I just need to visit the Iron Keep in order to get my last pyromancy scroll.

Oh and I am currently playing a Jack of All Trades build. Can do pretty much anything except wield the best strength weapons too effectively.

Well that explains it, magic is herecy so I never had any reason to fight her, Heavy armor and greatswords are my style, pyromancy too sometimes

To be honest when I created a pure strength build on both DaS1 and DaS2 I felt like it was MUCH easier than any caster build I created.

And even then you can still play a heavily armored caster.

Speaking of bosses I have to say that I was really disappointed on Looking Class Knight, easiest boss in the game

I think it is funny how he is weakest to lightning due to the rain in the arena.

Fighting fire with fire is delicious.

I just bash him with greatswords, it's so easy dodge his attacks it's stupid, even with heavy armor, I've had more trouble with normal monsters than him

At the very least he is an interesting boss with a cool design.

Plus his greatsword is pure awesomeness for a quality/faith build. Double hits for power attacks? Yes please.

It was cool how he spawned soldiers from his shield, it was also fun how those soldiers were harder than the boss itself
