Give it ten years and they'll turn them off. Because the console needs to connect to servers that are no longer running it wont work, effectively turning your console into an expensive paperweight. I can still whip out any of my old consoles and play them, some of which are almost 20 years old. That's not going to be the case with the xbox one. #882

thehans (05/24/2013) [-] dude, i dont know about you. but once a server gets to be around 5 years old, the only people left playing are the tryhards. if i try and play halo 3 again i will get raped by people who are still playing 6 years later and know all the ins and outs. it just isnt fun anymore and it is a money toilet to keep the few thousand people who still play happy. #883
