I've had butter all along, haven't even noticed the 'crisis' here. As I said, the eastside in general was low. But ofcourse some small towns have been low as well, but there the problems been that they had to change to another butter. But not like in Oslo, where you have nothing

Well, it lives nearly 700.000 people in Oslo, so 4 in 5 does not seem likely with only that, but the eastside in general is low on butter, so it's easily 1.000.000 put together. I live in the west side, and currently have 3 different butter types in my fridge, and I haven't heard about any people outside the eastside suffering from the butter crisis.

First of all, the reason you have butter is because the crisis is mostly over now. Second of all, your comment doesn't answer the question if people outside oslo also lacked butter.
