He is still an earthling People typically refer to Krillin as the strongest human period. Also besides that, Yamcha also has a higher power level then krillin. The only reason he typically dies faster is because he doesnt spend so much time running away and hiding. Actually, I may be wrong on Yamcha I haven't seen anything more on his power level then what I saw about a year ago and cant find the page I remember it saying he had a higher power level on But I have seen stuff that officially released his power level at equivalent to Krillin.  dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_power_levels So like 2 seconds of google searching says krillin is stronger than Yamcha. Arguing over power levels is pointless though I never understood why goku never taught the humans how to use kaioken.
