to add: previously most the jobs being taken was cheap labor stuff and not college grad jobs but now that is different.

What I mean is that going to school in the U.S. is super expensive and you have all these students in debt or looking for jobs. However, one can go to school in the third world or even the 2nd world for a fraction of the cost. The students who went to school in the states need to work for a lot to pay off loans and well that is what they want, but the foreigners can work for cheap because their loans are smaller and they don't mind.
