They did acknowledge what happened last year they paid 10.8 percent (31million dollars) of the money to UNESCO. By looks of it Japan isn't playing because its in debt and China is asking for money on documents that aren't even verified to be true. Also the documents UNESCO found came form China. Japan tried to see check how valid the documents are with the experts in China but China denied for the documents to be recheck.

See, in a genocide run, bosses will die from 9999 damage the second you show up, I think. Most of them, at least. Sans is a very clear exception, providing the single most difficult fight in the game.
