I'd sleep 15 hours a day if someone let me, my body LOVES sleep. So to compensate I stay up until 2-3am nightly.

I'm the same way, usually, but the items coming back has me all wound up. I've always been a "second shift person". Back in my day, Adam 12, The Rookies, Original Star Trek, Dragnet, Quincy ME, Engine 51 Fire Dept. show called Emergency, Laugh In, Saturday Night Live when Bill Murray and Chevy Chase and The Blues Brothers were on there. They were the ancesters of all the Law & Orders and NCIS, etc... that you see now. Martin Milner that played in an old movie called Father Knows Best, who is the lead cop in Adam 12 died in Sept. at 83. I'm sad about that. He was 15 years old in that movie I first saw him in, which was an old Saturday Afternoon movie when I was a kid. Also in this old classic show, also from before I was born. When I was a kid we had 3 Network Channels, one local and 2 Public stations, PBS and KET. You'd be surprised what a kid will watch on TV when that's all that's on.

'Back in my day' what are you 70? Heheh, While I used to watch most of the shows on this list as a kid, I'd still consider them ancient. For me it was X-Files and the pretender.

When I was a teenager, it was all about MASH and All In The Family, and THE EXORCIST and GREASE was at the movie theater Actually, my first night working at the Drive In when I was 16 it was Grease and Chuck Norris' Octo movie, lol.

Well, i'm not sure yet, but from my knowledge of the central limit theorem, it's about taking studies of sample size portions of the population and creating large scale style statistics based on the results of that study.

I.E; amount of crime in a metropolitan area speak for the average amount of crime in metropolitan areas with few exceptions of lesser or more.

I don't agree with it too much but I agree that it was much needed when we couldn't do what we can today.

Oh I know that one, very tricky, full of traps, often misleading just because of the particular culture in a given area. I don't hold it very reliable at all, junk science. The numbers from, for example, New Orleans would be so different from San Francisco and both those different from the Mid West which would be different from New York. I suspect that's why you don't buy it, also.

It's like taking the crime rates of Detroit, Michigan and comparing them to that of Olympia, Washington.

Inconsequentially it's created more harm and fear than it has solved.

Especially for the rise of movements for 'Change' etc like to push their tiny studies with abhorrent statistics to push their own agenda, it's a huge problem.

All of these movements have mislabeled or misinterpreted 'facts' or even changed them completely to fit their agenda's.

I'm sorry for all that babble, I just wanted to point out that I started out on the hippie 70's end of things, and by the time I'm 50 everything is inside out and upside down and sideways. Now they don't arrest the protesters, but the protesters themselves are idiotic That was the point. I'd love to Skype, but I use a TV for a monitor. No cam, no mic and they won't have you unless they can hook up to your can/mic.
