Thanks! I was looking at that 980- ti but it ends up being something like 1,100 dollars (CAD) which is too much. The cheapest I found was an MSI 980 ti on Newegg.ca that comes to a total of $1,034 which is a lot cheaper than anything else I could get.

people always complained about cods being the same... but i liked the same, it was good. i liked all the modern warfares, and black ops was the first cod that i didn't really like.

I played the shit out of MW3 and Black Ops 2. By far my fav CoD games. I didn't play CoD4 or MW2 much, so I can't really give a proper opinion on them. I sort of like Blops1, but it did have that weird feel to it that made me not like it.

Even the most obvious wrong or right thing will be posted several times, since a) people mostly don't read everything below a post and b) stupid people still post stupid things. its probably a bunch of swedes going "erh merh gerd the norwegian is trying to take credit for something that isnt realy a acomplishment, fuck that guy" and then there is some randoms who think im some dude trying to take credit only their not swedes themselves.

of all the red thumbs i got one was a filiipine person, two were anons, two did not have location on their aqount and two were swedes. and then i got two green thumbs.

Well, if you go with Z170 and a 6700k, be ready to drop some money on DDR4 ram too.
If you cant stretch that for an upgrade a decent Z97 and the 4790k are still pretty good and you won't need new ram.

i hope you mean a 6700k because the z170 is an 1151 socket chipset which doesnt support the 1150 socket 4790k

also, I'm upgrading from an old MSI 970A-G43 + AMD FX 8350 so that might change your answer.
