Hitting "later" too much shouldn't be a thing in the first place. If you don't care for an update it shouldn't be forced down your throat. I'm also fairly certain that the "autistic rage", as you put it, is solely meant to be humorous. While it is upsetting, I don't think that was a genuine reaction.

In Windows 10 you cannot disable forced reboots, you can only schedule times for when they should happen (though I'm not sure how far ahead you can place those).
Being a network technician who's had to work with Windows servers I can tell you that that "feature" is, in fact, a problem, and an annoying one.
