actually I didnt... my game was just uncapped by default . since game speed is tied to FPS, somtimes animations go really fast, and somtimes I run really fast, its all very strange.

Yea, I tried removing the fps cap and therminals make the game unplayable for me. I get stuck on the spot when I leave terminals.

Not happening. bethesda isn't good at making game engines that don't suck ass. You can remove the fps cap yourself but then the game just fucks up and weird bugs start happening. Pretty much all of their games have this issue.

I also saw there's a newer geforce driver than the one I have, so hopfully that fixes my problem.

Of what I've noticed, there's something in the city causing massive fps drops when you look in that direction. I haven't located it, but it's really fucking annoying.

so wierd, i get 120FPS+ constant on my 970 on ultra, only thing I did was turn "wetness" off becuase apparently it can cause some bugs.

I'm guessing you did the thing to remove the fps cap, how is your game when talking to people? When I did that, the people were moving at like, 10x speed while the dialogue went normal pace.

1080p? Try turning godrays/sunrays down, pretty much no visual difference, actually makes it look better.

I just checked and I had Godrays off the whole time, I'll try it with lens flares off and see how it goes, cause that could be doing it too.
