Other than that, I recently made a comment about Pokemon and slightly fucked up.
I was telling a story of some shiny Rattattas I found, but I forgot that I played them in different games around the same time.

I hadn't logged in since making that comment, so I was somewhat surprised when I logged in and got a bunch of messages saying people commented and that I got in the top 80 comments.
Then I saw that I also gained 32 red thumbs, but I laughed at myself a bit for making that mistake.

I know how you feel though. Something similar happened to me.

And what might that have been?

Pokemon Crystal. I had one Pokemon left on red, very few moves left, and I was headed to a pokemon center.

I ran into Entei on the way to the Pokemon Center, and somehow, I managed to get him to red health. I checked my backpack, I only had one pokeball left.

Threw it, hoping for the best. Longest capture sequence of my life.

Shook three times... Got it.

As soon as the data entry gets into my pokedex... My battery dies runs out, and I lose all my unsaved data. T_T

Eh, I never took it meaning as the actual end of the world. Just something happening that would change it. And I believed it would be on the 23rd instead of the 21st. Morning of the 23rd I saw a big blue flash in the sky that covered everything in it's radiance for a second, and I thought to myself "...is it happening?"
Not sure what that blue flash was, or if anything actually did happen behind closed doors, but I never thought the end would truly occur.
