My 87 Deville got 9mpg out of a 4.1 (250ci) v8 with an incredibly optimistic 130 horsepower. Probably had about 70 when I got it, with 270,000 miles on the clock. I beat the piss out of it, and when you held it wide open for a mile (Not hard to do, it topped out at about 75) It would literally get 1 mile to the gallon, hahaha. It was incredible.

I really want to find another truck, the F250 doesn't even run now, not to mention it got 8mpg at best (I could probably drop it to 4 if I tried hard enough) And I'd like something a little less rugged for summer cruising. I absolutely love the '66s myself, my grandfather had one in red and white, it was gorgeous.

Shit my car get's around 8 miles per gallon as well. That thing is one heavy boat. 1976 Lincoln-Mercury Grand Marquis. 460 cubic inch V8. 7.5 liter. 3 speed automatic transmission.

I'm going to a huge car show this wednesday actually, and there's always 15-20 cars for sale, hell, I'll look at anything. Almost brought home a 1986 Fiero GT last week, and a 1989 Buick Lesabre hearse a few weeks before that. I just need to find something I can follow through on, haha
