Im doing taekwondo for around 5 hours everyday, when I started TKD I was 230 and now I'm close to getting my 3rd degree black belt so I decided that even if everyone in the world said I was ready to take the test, I wouldn't take it unless I was my starting weight of 230, I don't plan on stopping after 230 but atm that is my goal. I know myself, if I set a goal thats "too far away" I'll lose my drive so it's all small steps for me.

In my life I tried all the legal stuff+weed,LSD,mushrooms,MDMA and cocaine, they all helped me experience a new way of thinking, a new way of seeing the world, and if even a little bit of than mindset stays with you, then you just might see bigger part of the big picture.
I would never try crack, meth or whatever is the equivalent in your country, (it's pervitin where I'm from) even as a child I knew thats the worst of the worst chemical shit, too high a price (in money, mind and body) and too extreme high.
On the other hand if I was offered heroin (with a new,clean needle and syringe) I would definitely try it, once........same with opium etc. etc.
Make no mistake psychedelic drugs, and drugs in general, were a major factor in human evolution, to deny yourself drugs is to hold yourself back, (why do you think psychedelics are illegal) offcourse the goverment don't want you to use them, they have no use for a smart sheep, such a sheep just might become a wolf. And again make no mistake all those "leaders" who preach that drugs are bad mmmmm K, are literally swimming in those drugs.
