I always thought Zyzz was natty til 4 months before death.

Kinda of really disappointing..

Zyzz used to be my inspiration but not anymore, but still, finding out he's been doing it for longer than 4 months, it really kicks my goals a bit.

Trying to achieve 180 lbs then 220 lbs. I'm currently 133, I was 117.

Not really getting any bigger, aside from my body becoming more defined.

Hey man, if anything you should find personal motivation to become your driving force.

Being able to find pride within your accomplishments by yourself instead of trying to live up to or impress others feels fantastic in comparison.

Yo, are you talking about your body-weight btw? If you're staying natty than you shouldn't be trying to put on so much weight.

I'm finally getting my shit straight after nearly 4 years of retarded diets and the best advice I can give from experience is to make sure weight is getting on the bar and you aren't getting fat as shit in doing so.

The whole concept of bulking and cutting spawns from roiding bruhs to begin with.

I've considered roids but no idea where to start or to to talk to help me cycle. Cause tbh, natty just pisses me off. Little gains and shit. I have a high metabolism, and the guys over at my supplements shop are competitors and said I have to get a lot of weight. Since my goal is 180-220lb.

The reason everyone isn't constantly working out is because it is, honestly, a pain in the ass.

Dedication and bettering yourself is what you should focus on, not getting the most weight on the bar or looking swole as shit.

I just feel like I don't do enough, and when I do, I don't have enough energy/oxygen for it.

The supplements I'm taking don't give me any boosts or anything.

I keep asking the guys at the shop I need something STRONG.

I need to feel it, I need it to motivate me and make me want to lift.

So far, nothing. All I have to fuel myself is rage from the past.

5 days a week.

Mon- Biceps and triceps.

Tuesday - Shoulders and Back

Wednesday - Chest and legs.

Thursday Arms

Friday arms/Shoulder and back

Leg pressing - 220-310

Benching - 120

Curling -40-65

My arms weights are usually 40-180

I try to do my best weight 7 times, then 10 times, then add 20 and do it 4-10 times for everything.

I'm constantly trying to get a new weight.

I'm bodybuilding for myself, but that alone isn't enough. I get disappointed easily.

Aight man, so here's the run down.

Drop the 5 day split. Unless you start juicing hard you won't make any progress.

I did the exact thing for 3 years and there was absolutely no change until I actually researched the mechanics behind lifting weights and muscle growth.

I recommend you visit liamrosen.com/fitness.html to really read into what I'm talkiing about.

Switch to a full body split such as Stronglifts 5x5, it is a beginner routine to develop a basis of strength.

Even if you eventually want to start using steroids, maximizing your natural potential is still extremely recommended.

Also, your diet is a key role that you must fix. Supplements are one of the biggest scams on the market and are arguably more dangerous than good in a variety of cases. The harsh metals in protein powders and the still uncertain side-effects of creatine are not worth the risk to someone trying to improve their life.

Becoming a mass of muscle is not what society construes it to be, bro. There is a totally different, infinitely more accurate science to it.

And you won't see any change until you start doing right.

That's my problem though, even if I read and studied like I tried to, I still won't get it.

I'm sort of a hands-on learner, like I need a mentor or a buddy who knows what the fuck they're talking about and just make me do it like a controller.

Cause I know if I just bought roids off the internet and followed instructions, I'd probably end up getting no benefits or killing myself.

I am the exact same way in that I need hands on experience to learn. That's why I am constantly taking notes on proper form.

But you have to take the steps to fix your situation. It is obvious that your routine is not working as of right now.

Start Stronglifts 5x5. It is the first, legitimate routine I have used and it was the first time I had ever experienced results, muscle growth, and actual gain to my physique.

You gotta learn to do things yourself man, giving up out of a lack in dedication is what separates those who succeed and those who fail.

It is a basic, strength based routine designed around increasing your physical strength along with the durability of your central nervous system.
The whole focus of the routine is lifting heavy for low reps on big, compound movements such as deadlift, squat, bench, and overhead press.
There are basic versions of this workout, but I added in some accessory work to make sure to hit my weaknesses in the compound movements, the sole focus of working out.
Add weight to your compounds and you'll add mass to your body, it's as drastically simple as that.

Here's the routine I did:

AxBxAxx
BxAxBxx

A:
Heavy Squat
Bench Press
Barbell Rows
Skullcrushers
Ab Work (any sort of ab workout you'd like, I always got bored of individual abdominal routines so i switched from planks to leg raises to whatever I found fun)

B:
Light Squat
Overhead Press
Deadlift
Dips
Curls/Pull-Ups (I found switching between the two to help with the monotony)

Looking up Stronglifts 5x5 will tell you everything you need about reps, sets, etc.

Oh btw what kind of music do you listen to while lifting. I have yet to find some songs that get me pumped.

My music tastes in general are a bit warped, I know. Everyone seems to lift to the stereotypical hard metal but I have found solace in good, bass heavy, old school rap.

The screaming black dudes and heavy rhythm go pretty hand in hand for motivating.
