Cool beans. No worries man, I'm from Russia, I'm 84 kg (185 lbs) and my height is 180 cm (just under 6 ft). My goal is to tone my whole body in general, like burn the fat I've gained and keep myself looking lean, and to build up my upper body and core. My legs are wonderful because I rode my bike continuously to and from school and to other places since I was 12 up until I was 18, plus I was on the athletics team (100m, 4x100m, discus) so my legs are in great shape strength-wise. I can go for quite a while on a bike, but for running my endurance isn't that great, so that's one thing I want to build up.

My upper body is quite frankly shite. My goal is to build up my upper body and core to the same level as my legs. So that means mainly building muscle, and burning off fat mainly around my core because I have an 8 pack, I can feel it hiding under that disgusting fat. I started training in parkour with my friends, but I stopped cuz school. I want to be able to be fit enough to parkour big time. Yeah that's basically it.

every 2nd day, or 3rd at the latest depending on your recovery time. This is for cutting, my bulking routine involves alot of lifting, i try to do mostly bodyweight, full body, and cardio exercises for cuts and really watch what i eat. Diet is usually at least 70% of the effort you put into weight loss, so if you watch what you eat and stay clean, along with this routine (my buddy saw a loss of about 15 lbs a month so far with an every 2nd day routine) theres no stopping you!

Thank you so much, you are amazing. Yeah that sounds good. I might do 2 sets instead of 3 at first, but after I do it continuously for like a week, I'd be able to do 3. I saw this picture where if you do pushups by switching the position of your feet (right foot goes where left foot is, vice versa), your body ends up kind of twisted, apparently it's good for toning the whole body. But most of the stress would be obliques/lower abs.

there's tons of variations for pushups that tone various places along your core. find ones that you can do and work on it, over time modify to ones that work the area you want. also, don't rest any longer than 35 seconds between sets.

If you dont mind me asking, where are you from? and where are you at for weight? whats your goal? tell me about yourself?
