Skyrim isn't my favorite game, it's close, but it's not.
What gets me annoyed is when someone says something I enjoy is shit, despite him having literally no fucking knowledge of the game at-fucking all.
Best example is people judging Destiny, having claimed they "played it"
By "played it" they mean did the first mission got to the tower, and stopped playing.
I have done everything the game had to offer, and I found it amazing. The first "DLC" came out, I got a few friends, and decided to be 7 people to play it for the price of three. (On xbox, you can File transfer) same with House of Wolves. The first DLC was shit, the second was amazing, added so much new things to the game that I couldn't imagine the game without it.
Now the first -actual- DLC came out, and lordy lordy did it add so much new stuff I almost came when I saw it.
Now I come back to check on websites and people, who only played one mission two years ago, call it "repetitive never new shit" because they didn't really play it.
Think of that but with Skyrim. Where the guy literally only did one thing then bashed it constantly. It can lower someone's patience with that.

First of all, the guy doesn't really look like he's backing off. He hunches his shirt, puffs up his cheeks, and and sorta readjusts his shirt could denote going for a weapon.

since you didnt notice, they took him down while he was reaching for his waist, then successfully took him down before he was able to pull a gun if he were to have one. Cops don't get the benefit of believing every one is unarmed.

because he had commit a crime of aggravating officers, disturbing the piece nd partaking in a riot.

just because his face hurt doesn't mean he is innocent, and anyone still standing after a face full of mace isn't someone who is going to just give up.

he still resists on the ground.

most riot police have a ccc for officers victims and arrested persons who need medical care as this man would. these ccc's have a agent that can nullify mace or os spray and get relief.

>Aggravating officers, disturbing the peace, and partaking in a riot
Making a police officer mad is not a crime, participating in a protest is not a crime, and protests are not riots. If this was a riot they wouldn't wait until he approached, they would be arresting him immediately with no delay.

>Just because his face hurt doesn't mean he is innocent.
No, it doesn't. The fact that he acted entirely non-violently, backed off after being pepper sprayed for approaching, and committed absolutely zero crimes means that he is innocent

>Resists on the ground
Are we even watching the same video? After being pulled to the ground he adjusts himself, puts his hands over his head, and does absolutely nothing.

>Most officers have a ccc
Yes, and hopefully they used it, but that doesn't mean that the fact that they tackled, cuffed, and arrested him for absolutely nothing is justified.

Go up to someone smaller than you and yell "Hit me! Hit me!" and see how they act.
Go up to someone smaller than you with a gun and yell "Shoot me! Shoot Me!" and see how they act.
Now, If you managed to do both correctly, one of them will have called the police.
Now let's try someone smaller than you, with a gun AND the authority to use it.
Go up to said police officer, and yell "Arrest me! Arrest me!" ignore all orders and commands they give and just keep. walking. closer.
Can you see why this is kinda fucking stupid?
Also, have you ever seen a guy arrested? Hands behind your head, not out in front of your face. On your stomach, not on your side with your knee out so they can't roll/move you.
This is just nitpicking here, but if a police officer is telling you to get on the ground, before or after you've gotten maced, and you just start backing up, they're gonna think you're trying to bolt. He obviously wasn't, couldn't see shit, but you seem to think that him walking away afterwards would have been fine. He was going to be arrested when he got maced. You don't get maced or tazed and walk away. You may be innocent, you may be let go afterwards. Hell, the officers in charge may even be punushed for tazing/macing you in the first place. But you're getting arrested. If for no other reason than so they can file a fucking report about tazing/macing you.

in a riot, which this is, it is not a protest they are not peacefully organizing anything, it is considered, by law, that any possible aggressors approaching in a loud, vulgar, and aggressive means are infact hostile. the man in the video is an aggressor. also you have a grave misunderstanding of Sop's if you thing that riot police just arrest people, the detain them, by force if necessary.

he was an aggressor and was dealt with accordingly, just because the 21 second video doesn't show him throwing a brick through a window or punching out someone else doesn't mean he didn't commit a crime. you're on the internet you should know that.

he pulls his hands away from the arresting officers, that's resists, where that was him in pain or belligerency is up to a judge.

that wasn't a tackle, procedure dictates that detained persons must be restrained before given medical aid (prevents meth heads from killing EMT's) bullshit.

There is no violence on the street whatsoever. The only person with anything related to what is currently going on is the subject and a man in the background holding a sign, which indicates that this is a protest, not a riot. You're getting too caught up in the fight against Dindus to see that this isn't a Dindu.

The 21 seconds also doesn't show him holding a sign or doing literally anything else. All it shows is him being attacked, and until we see anything indicating he was violent.

He doesn't pull his hands away from the officer. He falls with his hands behind him, and the officer throws him to the side so his hands are reachable. He does absolutely nothing that we can see in this video, so if you're basing this on something else then show it, because it's not here.

The guy has been pepper sprayed in the face. Are you actually telling me that there is no way to restrain him that doesn't involve throwing him to the ground, because that is definitely not true.
User avatar
#503 - imadethistopost (10/22/2015) [-]
look through all my comments, i've referred to him as the man, never once said dindu.
stop making things about race.

cops don't just mace people for no reason, he is approaching in an aggressive manner and unfortunately pepper spray is the least lethal most effective way to incapacitate someone.

l'm not the one here to bring more data into the situation, the burden of proof lies with op.

procedure dictates that he needed to be restrained, the safest way for officers to do that is from behind and on top.

What amazing reasoning.

Where did you get your law degree from again? Was it the university of Reddit? Or maybe you went to the only police academy on earth that doesn't use pepper spray and throw people to the ground.
#45 - llllxeallll (10/21/2015) [-]
Ok, next time there's a riot go up to a rioter screaming "arrest me" while in a police uniform and politely ask them to put their hands behind their back. watch what happens.

Then when you are getting made fun of by rioters and police officers alike, try to put handcuffs on him without so much as scratching his wrists while also keeping yourself and the weapon you have on your hip safe.

Odds are you're have absolutely no idea how these things work, or what kind of dangers these situations present. This fellow was put in cuffs and only suffered the effects of the OC spray (which is pain, nothing damaging about it) and maybe a few skin abrasions, most likely didn't even draw blood. So in all reality these cops most likely prevented this asshole from hurting himself and others. It was "rough" looking so you immediately think "police brutality". Seriously do you want them to approach that guy with a pillow and gently lay him down whispering "it's ok, you're under arrest now, just relax and it'll all be ok!"

www.youtube.com/watch?v=RfFch8ToQo4
Here's my vid of being OC sprayed in the academy to show I'm not just talking out of my ass, it sucks but it beats getting a rubber bullet.

i've been os sprayed mate, would rather be shot, it fucking sucks.
the officer grabs him by his back, the dreads get in the way, not the officers fault.
that's a actual take down, it hurts a lot less than several other ways they could have done it, there is no painless way to be taken to the ground.
yes it was you untrained onlooker
no it wasn't and they won't face charges.

os spray is something all military riot police must go through, and must then also engage an aggressor for a minute win or lose.
User avatar
#39 - thatguycrow (10/21/2015) [-]
I mean, the guy stops and clearly starts backing off after being sprayed. That is not someone who's able to fight back, or put up really any kind of resistance, so why is it necessary to then throw him down to arrest him.
