  It has a story. So far it's a real slow start. Story is starting to get a bit intresting. Only biggest plus are the great soundtrack and fighting animations. Also, yeah, it's a pretty low budget show. I think it's pretty good. It's made by a couple of nerds so animation quality isn't amazing I think the music vocals are God awful but I would never say such a thing Goals of the story are dependent on whatever problem reveals itself . Simply because it solves problems in the simplest way possible, by punching them.
Also, Dragon's Dream is my favorite because the way it operates, it hides in the enemy's unluckiest spots so it can hit with full force, but believes that both fighters should enter the fight with equal chances of winning.
