dude. when people are have money taken from them through taxes to help not only those who deserve help, but the many people who abuse that kind of help, they kind of have a right to complain. So what if he's not literally going out to give his money to people face-to-face? it's still being given to them.

Their benefits amount up to close to nothing compared to the total spending of the U.S.A , Without this money many would starve. Those who abuse the system are an even smaller minority. People will continue to remain on benefits because finding a job is hard (believe it or not). So unless you are going to do something about it, like help them directly, quit your ass complaining and move on with your life.

Yea, because a council estate in Seaforth (sefton,uk) has mansions, i work as a builder. everyday i have to travel 20 miles to get to work, before 7:30am, because thats where the current job is. Once that is gone i am out of work for several weeks until we get another job.

Nobody said anything about the total spending of the USA. And we're not saying that anyone who gets help from the government is bad or should just stop needing help. We're saying that those who abuse help are really just annoying. this constant giving and giving of free stuff to people who can earn it for themselves but just don't want to must stop, but the help for those who just lost a job or cannot work should still be there for those who truly need it to keep things like starvation or mass poverty from happening, kind of like you said.

Thats a point i can agree with, it is annoying, but you must rember that they amount to nothing when compared to anything, the best thing is just to ignore them.

you can never solve a problem by ignoring it. this problem is not a little one though. at least in the U.S., a majority of the country is on welfare. I'm not saying everyone's abusing it, but you have to think that most people are.
