Okay. Apparently the download link is impossible to find, unless the you make the window bigger. There is no scroll bar for left and right movement, it's just hidden from view.

i suppose thats just another example of me not having played enough. i guess i'll give it another chance. i'll just have to tone down the graphics a bit since i got an amd card and it was less that $600.

Yeah, I've got a GTX760 and i play on low, but its still really good.

I just remembered, straight acceleration is fine, but if you accelerate and turn together you'll probably black out. Just invert your ship and continue the turn as much as you need to.

i meant the holding w to set what speed you want to go at but then making sure to adjust it slowly enough that you don't black out.

Honestly I've never blacked out by accelerating, only hard turns. I've gone from -200m/s to 280m/s no problem.

i'll have to optimize it. plus its hard for an action game player like myself to get used to the weird ass throttle controls but thats just me. i mean i've liked other space combat games, mainly strike suit zero/infinity, but his one just seems hard for me to comprehend.

How is it weird? Using W/S is rather slow, but i thought it was rather straightforward. Unless you're talking about strafing. It takes some getting used to, but I don't really use it except for landing.

Just so you know, they're gonna have 4K textures in the final release, and they said that the graphics cards that are gonna be able to run it at 60 at max probably don't exist yet.

I just got a r390 and 16 gigs of ram. Hopefully that will work better than a laptop

I don't really need max settings, I just want playable. It is a beautiful game.
