BOYCOTT THE BANKS
DOES NOT APPLY TO ID THIEVES, EVER HEARD OF THAT.
I never got my over $300 back from that bank that folded in Lexington, KY in late 1980's either. They destroyed their records and smarted off to me, much as you just did, that I could have taken that money out of the atm myself and I can't prove I didn't without the bank records that I never could get. So much for the FDIC bullshit, it's the same as any insurance co., give us you money and good luck ever getting it back.
Insurance companies are in the business of taking peoples money, not giving them any back, if they can help it. They have the odds on everything all worked out, and if it's going to cost them anything, it's excluded in they small print sections.

I was with you all the way up till "the stupid amount of time she will spend surrounding her trial is punishment enough". No, it isn't. If it really was just a wii remote and she mistook it for a firearm and killed him then regardless of it being an accident or not she still just took an innocent boys life. That isn't the kind of mistake you can ever come close to making amends for, and she should still be subjected to prison time at least. You rarely get second chances in other lines of work when you make an extremely serious mistake, the only way her mistake should differ is that it should have even more dire consequences.
Christopher Roupe, 17, of Euharlee was felled by a single police bullet when an unidentified officer arrived at the family mobile home to execute a probation violation warrant against his father, authorities said.
