Gay as in happy? In that sense MLP is very "gay".
The show, per se, is not conscious so it cannot have any sexual preferences.

I agree with you on one thing however; Twilight is a horrible movie to watch. It is like someone took a massive shit onto a film reel...
But, I digress.
MLP is actually well written. I mean, why else would any teenagers/men watch it?

On the other hand, Twilight is aimed at girls and teenagers with the IQ of a potato.
It has no real storyline and it relies on sex to sell it.
And no, you're not the 1%. there are plenty of twelve year olds on this website, too.

It isn't the best argument in the world; but it is sort of true.
Teenagers/men don't watch it just because of the storyline, but because of the good animation and the themes involved in the show.
