also, I'm proud of my little city because I've pretty much removed traffic issues from the general populace, only a few intersections take a bit of time and they don't really back up with exception of that oil city... too many oil rigs and the trucks overwhelm the stoplight

Was my first city, didn't really know sizes and how to work shit. From left to right you got:

High-end, Tourist/offices,main city which has suburbs commercial and a lot of industry across the river there, bottom right has a minicity with offices and high rise apartments, then along the sea is my oil town

I like to think of this more as a state than a city

That's completely false tho. Having an amd cpu doesn't make it work better with amd cards.
And 960's seems to be quite small compared to other cards so it should fit.

It runs cooler and draws less power. Mantle is going to be obsolete anyway when windows 10 gets released with directX 12.

A friend I was talking to made comment that an AMD card would probably work better with my AMD CPU. And while this is true, is it worth it over just going with the GTX 960 or just go with the 960 and make sure it fits the case?

Go through the benchmarks and see that 960 is better than 270X in every single game.

Yeah, my friend pointed out that there is a new realtor website on the phone since the new update so they might have houses that you can buy eventually. Besides the fact that you can own an apartment and a garage now, you have more money to spend

Interesting, be good to see all the updates. I shall start small with beating up old woman for their money. Then move up from there. Also, I don't know if you can run the game, even with minimum. I'm on either side of the fence post with your setup. But for me, I can really put my 970 through the works and see if I can cook dinner on it, lol.
