You never truly played Oblivion if you didn't use the arrow unequip trick to obtain all of the watermelons, cheese wheels, or paintbrushes you could ever desire.

Arrow unequip? I always selected a spell I had multiples of twice, then dropped the desired duplication item.

Say I had 2 spells of firebolt. I could then make 2 other spells I had. Drop a few, repeat in even numbered multiples and pretty soon I can duplicate thousands upon thousands of items.

Filling lakes with watermelons and trying to jump to the other side from watermelon to melon was my favorite hobby.

That's the post update version. Back before that patch, you would do the same thing, but instead of selecting spells, you would unequip arrows as you were firing them and dropping the desired item from your inventory. It would cause your bow to shoot as many of that item as you had arrows equipped.
