I love your input! Thank you! (I did asterisk that this is my plan, doesn't work for everyone, and to consult your doctor in there ;))
I eat about 10-80 grams of carbs a day, through vegetables. (Varies with selection)
All my cardio is from Muay Thai (1-2 hours per day), so I go fast and hard for burts, and slow and long as well for technique. I only run maybe once every week or sometimes longer.
I consume a large amount of calories and if people follow the schedule I recommended, they will be around 2400 calories per day, which is right on par with nutrition recommendations.
On carbs again, I do recommend keeping them to around 100g per day, I go less than that, and my body responds well to it.
