Hmm, well, I mean it's possible that you just have a powerful chest and fairly good benching-technique, although 3 reps maybe isn't really that great. But I will say that 8-10km a day isn't a lot, the human body is designed to be able to walk 3-4 times that every day easily. If you have grip problems try working on that, there are loads of ways to improve that, it really does helps a long way. And you don't wanna be one of those big guys who have handshakes limper than a depressed boner, y'know what I mean?

Not really, sounds reasonable. That's how it usually is actually, since your largest and naturally strongest muscle groups are on your lower half. In fact I'd say a 95:140 indicates that you neglect your lower half. Maybe try walking more or something like that too. If you wanna be truly strong that needs work, if you just wanna look good it doesn't matter too much.

I actually ended up looking into it, and no, I havent been neglecting my lower half, in fact, walking a bit more would add to my problem lmao. Only read on if you're actually interested but basically I run and walk a lot, together about 8-10km a day, and as a result I'm primarily slow twitch muscle fiber in my legs, which results in a lot less power but much higher endurance, figured this out through a simple test creds to the internet where you count how many reps you can do of 80% 1 rep max. This was interesting because 80% of my bench max nearly 80, however I could still only do about 3 reps, indicating a very high amount of fast twitch fibers and probably not many slow twitch at all, where as 80% of my deadlift pb I got about 15 reps out and stopped simply because my grip got too weak....
