Yeah, it exists I can't cite you the biology on it because I'm not sure if I can source it anymore, but I do know it exists as I've read up on it before ( I'm a human bio student btw, @ uni) plus there are many examples of it.

It'll be faster, if you push for it, but theres something you can also do; you can gain back those neural gains you had pretty damn quick, become super fucking strong at a lightweight if you diet properly (eat at maintenance) and become strong as fuck while small as fuck (my dream)

But muscle gain will come quick, just train like you used to, obvs ease in though, don't eat exactly the same, ease into your old diet.

These were all noobs. That does leave something to wonder though, what'd it be like if both groups werent noobs but one had stopped training? I'd expect the same, still, mostly due to 'muscle memory' or the fact that the cells of those sedentary would of already been able to expand to a great size (they're strechier, so gaining more is easier)

Is muscle memory proven? I've been wanting to start lifting again but I feel to unmotivated to literally start lifting just the bar again. Is my progress going to be that much faster than when I first started lifting back then?
