the previous numbers are what my 5x5 used to consist of, and the ones after are what I do now.
Sorry dude, I'm unsure how to measure via plate, but essentially a squat for me would consist of 2x20kg plus a 10kg a side

lifting wise I have (in kg, dl: 50-120, b:30-70, s:60-130)
But yeah I definitely see your point, I feel it myself
I normally do 5x5 with those lifts with ohp, and starting calisthenics
Any tips would be awesome.

What do you mean by your lifting numbers? Are the first numbers the ones you warm up with and then the ones you do your sets with? (Meaning thats a 2 plate DL, 2 plate squat and 1 plate bench, correct?)

Also, are you stalling? Seems like you could've reached higher numbers after a year, specially on your DL and Bench press.
