That is where you see the "Top" material that has the most thumbs up and is basically where most people see their pictures. Problem is people are voting really stupid stuff up lately. There is also a "Newest posts" section where newly loaded material shows up and is where i somehow found your picture. In the top left next to upload you can decided where you want to upload it- the problem was you were uploading the pictures and they went on to the main stream of content so technically anyone could have seen it. Also I prefer girls without make-up but maybe that's just me XD
