I completely get it man.
A year ago I "found a way" into the schools network and blocked off every single IP address except for mine. When the schools IT guy found out (about 3 hours after I started the so called "attack"), instead of punishment, I got put into his advanced computer science class.
Now everyday that I come into school, I get questions like, "Dude, why don't you have a Macbook, or an Alienware?". And the simple answer is, "I'm not willing to pay for what I need. I'm fine with my Dell Inspiron with a Core i3 and 4 gb ram. There's no need for any more than that."
And of coarse they're lost by the time I get to the processor and ram. I just run into so many sheep daily, I thought that there wasn't a single Apple product owner that had a single brain cell.
You have restored some faith in Apple for me today.

Glad I could help, and awesome! Back in high school me and some friends "acquired" an MD5 hash of a load of passwords for the school's network and brute forced to get the items password. The items password was something like 25 times weaker than the standard for a school network.

Long stort short: We used it to play Minecraft and enable a few proxies in our accounts.

Alrighty, listen.
I had assumed that you were another Apple sheep. Buying Apple products simply because other people were buying them.
However, when you started using terms like Tor and tethering, in all honesty, I was surprised.
Allow me to ask you yet another question.
Have you ever thought about using Linux?
User avatar #23 - stuartbewbzz (03/02/2013) [-]
No, because I don't have any need for it. And thank you for recognising that not all Apple users are cunts. It's just the minority who got their parents to buy them a Macbook so they could sit in Starbucks and look like total douches.
