 As much as I'd like to see Santa Maria again, I really want to see Porto Allegre. My aunt lives there, and from what I've seen in a travel vid, it looks like an amazing city. I might even end up there permanently. | ||

| My dad took my brother, sister, and I to visit the family for 3 weeks back in '85. Haven't been back since, but I'm hoping to again before I die. Being poor sux well at least you went there once, even if it was 30 years ago. lots of things must be different by now. As much as I'd like to see Santa Maria again, I really want to see Porto Allegre. My aunt lives there, and from what I've seen in a travel vid, it looks like an amazing city. I might even end up there permanently. | ||

| Agreed! Trying to relearn, and on the bright side I am back to my roots. On Saturday nights I work as a gaucho at a churrascaria serving meat. Favorite job I've ever had! Need to get off my ass and relearn Portuguese, been dragging my feet on it for years. My dad took my brother, sister, and I to visit the family for 3 weeks back in '85. Haven't been back since, but I'm hoping to again before I die. Being poor sux well at least you went there once, even if it was 30 years ago. lots of things must be different by now.
