Well, that's entirely bullshit. Because when you buy a gun from an FFL you have to fill out the ATF 4473 form, otherwise they are breaking federal law.

The only time a 4473 form is not required if it's a private purchase from someone who is not an FFL. However, if your store specifically sells guns it must obtain an FFL and buy, sell, and trade firearms within the confines of the law.

Yet of course you fail to mention all the countries that have out right banned guns and have a significantly higher gun murder rate than the United States.

Infact, Switzerland has close to no restrictions on firearms, similar to Slovenia and have some of the lowest overall crime in Europe and in the entire world - both having less restrictive firearm measures than the United States.

It's almost like your biased chart is complete bullshit and not factoring in the reality is that culture makes crime.

i actually live in Switzerland, and you're right but they have a well-regulated militia instead of a standing army. They have universal background checks and universal licensing. They require firearm training before a gun can be owned. They have near total restrictions on the purchase and use of ammunition. In fact, they regulate and restrict much more than America does.
