I've played it from the beginning, and am a pretty hardcore trainer. I beat my brother's Mewtwo with a Crobat, because his Mewtwo kept hitting itself in confusion from Confuse Ray, while badly poisoned from Poison Fang, and only losing confusion when I'm about to Fly on it... Poor Mewtwo...

I don't play with cheap tricks. And you aren't beating a level 100 if it knows something like Extremespeed.

most people don't get priority moves like extremespeed and quick attack because they gimp damage, it's a safer bet to load up on attack/speed IVs and EVs with a fast hitter and get attacks in the 120-150 range.

Those who only focus on damaging moves are stupid. In my opinion, it's best to have one priority move, one stat upper on self or status inflicter on opponent, one recovery or damage avoiding move, and one no miss or high damage high accuracy move.

Hey, it's all good. If I seemed like an asshole, I apologize. But yeah, Rock types are normal effective against Poison. Try Rock Slide on a Koffing, you'll do normal damage.
