Dude, I'm speaking as an ex-obese person myself here. I'm not saying bullying or mocking is the way to go, because I experienced it myself in my younger years and it was just destructive in my mind. What I am saying is that harsh or not, encouragement is encouragement, and if you even watched the video, you'll know that the guy said he encourages fat people who want to change, and he's actively helping them. This guy is legit trying to help people and the rampant obesity in several states, and the only ones he's mad at are the delusional landwhales who think that there's such a thing as being morbidly obese and perfectly healthy. The smack I'm talking about is when fat people grow an increasing hate towards themselves, then they either snap and end up in despair, or they turn 180 and immediately start improving their lifestyle.

The point is that we shouldn't talk to these people with sugarcoated words as if they're kids, but we should be careful not to seem like we're attacking them, but trying to attack their unhealthy lifestyles alongside them.
