a vacation from reality, while nice at times, is only that. you have to come back at some point in time, and with that comes the return to shit and filth. remove said shit and filth, no reason for a vacation from it. but i do agree to a point. better things to spend money on, better wastes of time out there to be had

I see your point, but why take a vacation from shit, to go to shit city. why not focus on the fact that the human race is doing better than I ever has been, and the only reason he is able to throw a "the world sucks" party is because comparatively more people are suffering than in, say 1910, because A. more population to participate in the suffering and B. now we get to hear about the stuff not happening locally more because of globalized media. but to each their own, people know shits fucked and don't need hourly reminders, unless the reminder comes with a solution. btw thanks for the gif, never saved it, regretted that I didn't, now I did
