Go back to the brony board if you liked that cancer. Communities change, dipshit.

You ever think that we just might be really friendly guys? Meaning when we see something we like, i.e. bronys when the ponies invaded, whovians when dr. Who was the shit, we thumb it up, but that it's not necessarily the other way around? That we might not give as many red thumbs because we don't like a thing, as much as we give green thumbs when we do like a thing?

Dude, you do realize that the funnyjunk community likes to do 360 moon walks on the most popular band wagons. It was the same with Avatar, Dr. Who, Anime, and My Little Pony.

Don't even know why the autism thing is so big anyway. I don't see that kind of attitude towards weeaboos who crush hard on anime, Dr. Who tards who claim they are in love with the show, and yet, haven't even watched the older series, or hell, religious nut cases who believe that god is the answer to everything.

Where's psychologyexplain? I'm digging through my old text books, but can't find anything to explain this. Your thoughts? I'm thinking that the long term internet users are projecting themselves onto the internet community, and when they see something that goes against this belief, they freak out, like with the MLP community.

God damn, I wish there was a socialstudiesexplain, right now.

It is mob psychology. Picture it like this. A post that has a lot of thumbs will get even more because people assume that it is funny since everyone else thumbed it up. Even if it was a horrible post. Thus is why some comments have -1000 thumbs. you know 1000 people didn't read the comment, they glanced at the comment without reading it, saw that it had a lot of negative review, and then voted it down to subconsciously fit in. Same general thing with bandwagons. People who have no true opinion of there own will go with what is more popular to fit in better.

TLR It is to fit in.
