haven't played it, but heard it's good, i'd say undertale then, i have about 40 hours into it, the average playthrough is 4 to 9 hours, 3 major endings, and about 10-15 different flavor text endings, it's a classic turn based rpg but everything is skill based with attacks being a timing mini game(with different weapons changing how it works slightly) and getting attacked being a bullet hell (with some pretty good machanics), the friendly route needs no grinding what so ever, and the mean route requires a good bit because of the way the story is designed, over all it's a pretty good game, the only complaints i've heard about it are that the encounters can get annoying and that it can be boring to some people.

try out binding of isaac rebirth, and if you like it get the dlc, it's one of if not the best rogue likes out there and is my most played game (on steam at least)

if you get undertale i suggest going in expecting nothing, too many people didn't like it because other fans of the game made it out to be the best game in the world, it's a lot smaller than fallout 4 but it's also a shit ton more polished, it also has a good amount of replay ability.
