I thought I had abandoned it too, frankly, since it seemed to be taking a bite out of my productivity. But then I realized that I don't get anything done whether I'm on FJ or not. And then I randomly came back the other day, laughed my ass off at a few pictures, and realized I missed it.

Well, one of my goals this season is to get a webcomic site going, so I'm going to be posting some of my material here to test/advertise for it.
Anyway, that's how I justify it to myself.

meh, I'll probably be too lazy to update it on a regular basis, but it's always worth a shot. I'm hoping the enjoyment of comics will outweigh my sloth.

Yeah, thing is, I suck at making comics. I mean, I have humorous ideas, but I don't know how to make comics or anything. Plus I'd rather do animated videos, but both would be fun.

Yeah, I've got a long ways to go in the artistic department for my comics too, but luckily on the internet standards are low. Do you have any animating experience?

NOPE! I'm terrible at drawing, either on an editor, or on paper. The best I can do in all honesty is draw stick figures.

Do you read the comic XKCD? All he does is stick figures, but he has cool jokes so it doesn't matter.

I just checked him out. He's pretty good, granted, my form of humor is far from his.

Yeah, I don't get a lot of his more in-depth coding/mathematics jokes, but what I do get I like. Saturday Mornin Breakfast Cereal and The Perry Bible Fellowship are also really good comics, especially if your humour is kind of dark.

I LOVE Perry Bible. My sense of humor can best be summed up with: Perry Bible, Monty Python, Egoraptor, Professor Bothers and lots of puns and just all around lame shit (among other things).

Yes! I love all of those guys, but especially the Professor Brothers and so many people don't seem to know about them! Brad Neely's stuff is great.
