Yes

It refers to writing on the walls of public bathroom stalls (hence stall-wall-writer). I think bathroom graffiti has a lot in common with internet posts - brief little bits of communication, sometimes smart sometimes foolish. There, like on the internet we don't know much about the author, just that our paths overlapped in this one place (even if that place is the crapper).
I'm a little curious about yours - smokeydaze sounds like either a pot reference or a pornstar name :D

It's like most things on the internet - you ask a broad question, you get a broad array of replies. Most people don't have anything that worthwhile to add, and without some sort of filter you get all the bad along with the very little good. I'll be interested to see the compilation if the OP does one, as that will have picked out the few quality posts.
