Morbid for gamers
I got you this gif.
on pc you get, better graphics, mods, and additional content by players.
on xbox/ps3, you get Skyrim and DLC only.
xD I'm going so far out of my usual FJ Browsing way to support you But I'm having one helluva time :D Thanks for posting this
first off the interface is better for xbox thats just a fact
second xbox version is as whole cheaper
not if you torrent it.
anyways, you get more for your money on the pc.

Oh forgot to include this in prior comment..
But the "xbox version is as whole cheaper" AND I QUOTE
On base for both Xbox and PC it is listed as 59.99 on Amazon
Plus if you look at discounts PC is cheaper but that shouldnt count as It's on sale
Amazon . com / Elder-Scrolls-V-Skyrim-Xbox-360/dp/B004HYK956
Amazon . com / Elder-Scrolls-V-Skyrim-Pc/dp/B004HYIAPM
Gamestop New for both 59.99
Gamestop . com / xbox-360/games/the-elder-scrolls-v-skyrim/89141
Gamestop . com /
However Futureshop is with you with Xbx version being $10 less None the less 1/3 is not good enough to say its cheaper.
In a sense you could say that the game and the console to play are cheaper but the PC is longer lasting than the average Xbox (However if both consoles are treated properly and not damaged outright they should in theory both last as long as the other -But take in to count that one day the Xbox WILL be out of date [FACT] so will the PC, difference is the PC can be upgraded Xbox can only be trashed to get a new one)
ATM Researching prices on the 2 consoles major in console selling market system thingermajigger (PC - Steam, Xbox - Xbox Live Marketplace)
Will post those in response to this comment soon.
Checked Steam's Website - 59.99 USD is the price
store . steampowered . com / app/72850/
Xbox was more tricky due to that on the internet (xbox . com / en-GB/Search?q=skyrim#Games) it's listed under 49.99 POUNDS not USD so to convert I looked at three sources. Each of which stated the USD value as ABOVE 59.99
1-ev i. com /q/convert
2-xe . com /ucc/convert/?Amount=49.99&From=EUR&To=USD
Using simple math to get the price from the ratios
(49.99 / 0.794281 or 49.99 x 1.366 to get 62.95 and 68.28
In otherwords on each consoles main store the PC version is cheaper plus Steam
Interface is better because the interface was designed to be best for Console players. Microsoft gets more money from a game on console than on pc (Plus pirating on console must be much harder).
-On PC as Abdullahmag said you get better Graphics mods and additional content not to mention better FPS, the xbox 360 and PS3 are locked to 30 fps if I remember correctly, on the PC version you can go WAY better (Upwards of 60).
-Loading times on PC if you have a decent pc can be a couple seconds, on my xbox (Have skyrim for xbox btw) loading screens are near to 10-20 seconds each Inconsequential seperatly but if you have a 20 second loading screen each to you go in and out of buildings You will not have as fun a time.
-Free DLC on PC, Sure you could pirate any expansions but what I truly mean is that player made content such as singular dungeons or even enormous quest chains can be downloaded+installed free
-Mods can make or break a game in my opinion with replayability and for all the amount I LOVE skyrim I hate to say it's replayability is extremely low, only large quest chains have splits leading to different outcomes and in very few do you even decide what to do. Skyrim alone has hours of gameplay but on the second run through it'll get extremely boring at points. Another example of a game similar to that in the sense of Mods keeping it entertaining is Minecraft (But atleast MC has multiplayer xD)
I will admit though Skyrim on xbox with 30 fps (Providing you dont get haxxor dragin like I had :O Flew o high and when I look at him my fps drops to 3-ish) is better by far then a Skyrim on PC with 10 fps.
Nonetheless PC version > Xbox 360 Version
Main downfall is the awkward Interface but you can get used to it after playing for a while.
I'm still hearing opinions... man.
Too bad nobody cares. Have fun with no friends on PC
PC Skyrim Is better Statistically Look above for explanation xD
My point still stands
Technically no Theres more chat functions on PC than on xbox (Cant speak for PS3)
-Any Social Networking Website (Facebook, Twitter, etc..)
Xbox-Xbox Voice Chat
-Xbox Text Chat
Good thing you only need one you retard.
Yea realised after I posted initial comment that I fucked up so Continued from before xD
Using logic the system with the most likely hood of chatting with a friend or acquaintance determined by which has more forms of communication and more ways to, if you look at it that way the PC has the best chance.
On the Xbox Voice chat you can have a limit of a Party of 8 people or an in game lobby which can be many people. However from what I've looked at both Skype and Ventrilo can have many more (Skype 8 and Vent over 100 on actual servers)
Plus PC text chat isn't as disrupting from the game as it is on Xbox due to that on xbox it's on the Xbox Guide section and theres no way to make it a miniature screen on bottom corner.
So from the looks of it the PC chat function are better and less interrupting to the game as well as more numerous.
Time to check some statistics
Now Xbox (according to tgdaily . com /games-and-entertainment-brief/60687-xbox-live-users-topple-40-million) has 40 million users connected to Xbox Live.
If we look at Steam and Skype (Once we counter in that not everyone plays video games) It is quite obvious that there are more gamers as well on the PC platform adding on to the chances that encountering a buddy is easier on the PC platform.
forums . steampowered . com/forums/showthread.php?t=1272825
totalpcgaming . com /latest-pc-news/steam-user-accounts-hit-25-million/
According to this the Number of steam users is more than 12 million
skypenumerology . blogspot . ca /2011/03/number-of-skype-users.html
Skype has over a whopping 124 million now If you take into count that not everyone will be playing games (videogames . lovetoknow . com /video-games/how-many-people-play-video-games).
124x.7 = 86.8 That is how many skype users in theory game, However skype is also available on phones so I would assume that the cut is relatively small (However due to that I know not I will act as if it is a 50-50 split)
Continuing on a Reply...
So that would make the %70 of skype's 124 million users to roughly 43.4
Making the Steam + Skype to roughly 55.4 million users Less that Xbox Live BUT I would guess that there are gamers out there with neither and talk on in game chat function. So I would guess to add about 1 million but cannot say for a certain If you find evidence of much less feel free to specify it.
Take into account on Xbox live that not everyone who signed up for Xbox Live might actually play on it plus in the Article that states "there are 40 million users who have signed up for an online Xbox Live account" if know the meaning of have it can also mean having created an Xbox Live account in the past not necessarily who have one now. This could mean that the number in reality is far smaller than what is stated.
For the sake of being unreliable evidence I will not count the final 2 points for both Xbox and Steam/PC Users.
Making the count to
-PC = 55.4 Million
-Xbox = 40 Million
Now This means that not only is it easier to talk with friends on PC BUT There Is also a greater possiblility to mee a new friend and find an old one.
I rest my case
Jesus christ kid I already told you twice I don't care. Go roll around in your huge ego and loneliness.
Oh and you told me once that you didn't care you told jimthehellhog initially and the following posts said
My point still stands - So that is saying Nobody cares if you look into it and think thereby counting as one
Good thing you only need one you retard. - Atleast that previous one in a way did say you didn't care but really?
That is 1 not 2 unless you count the first which wasn't directed at me and you specified "I already told you twice"
Nah its cool
