I think he does have an argument. Don't go to twitter to write 'omg i was raped' go file a police report because that's what you're supposed to do.

What's the point of a police report? These pornstars have zero evidence. It's a he said, she said situation.

How do you know there is no evidence? That's the point of police. To investigate.

What possible evidence could there be? It's not like they still have bruises, his fingerprints or cum on them.
If it's not on film, all the police has is their word. They might start mixing up their story during the investigation which could possibly indicate that they're making this up but that's about it.

While I can't point out what they can or cannot do because I don't know how police operate but if that story thing occurs that is one reason to go to them. You, if you have been a victim of someone breaking the law, go to the police. That is the reason that they were made, that is the reason they have been trained, that is the reason tax dollars go to them. You may not know what to do and its possible they won't but thats the point. Its only possible there is nothing to do, bank on the possibility that there is. I am not trained, you are not trained (I assume) so there is no way you or I could think of everything, that is why you go to the police. Its better to toss a dart and miss then to never toss one at all.
