1. Lots of pricing on that site is a bit screwy. Just look for benchmarks on pcpartpicker.com/benchmarks/3dmark11/overall-extreme/overall-list/
and sort through to see what you need

2. If you are just single monitor gaming, and want to play on max settings and shit, you really wouldn't need above the Radeon 8770, which is loads cheaper. And if you were looking at the GTX 660ti, you might as well look at the Radeon 9750 for the same price and more performance
