Okay, I just have to say this because that joke has been getting on my nerves lately.

That joke arouse from the death star escape scene, where a large group of stormtroopers shot at, and missed, the main characters.

Later we find out that the ship had a tracking device put on it, and the heroes led the empire right to the rebel base.

Now let me ask you something, would that tracking device plan have worked if all the crew of the ship got killed? No, so the troopers were ordered to scare off the heroes, and to avoid killing them.

So there, that explains why ONE group of storm troopers had horrible aim in ONE scene in the original movies. So can we please stop this fucking joke?

Its not completely a storm trooper mask. So it could be a specialist mask like someone from the 501st legion or something else. But its not a storm trooper from the original trilogy.
