To make a follower, you use the Creation kit. Beyond that, I have no idea.

So far I've got the face set up the closest I think I could get to Trumps face using the vanilla settings, and I've been working on giving him his class and whatnot.

So if everything goes well and nothing interrupts me, I should finish by sometime tonight.

I'm playing with around 300 mods atm. I think I know a spell that would fit well in Trump's arsenal...
