She didn't budge when the butterfly dropped by, remembering her childhood where she'd read a book and only look up when the butterfly is in sight. His whole body moved to watch the butterfly, like when he was playing ball.

it's a loose connection, but I see it.

You should become a middle school English teacher so you can teach kids to read way too far into things to find meaning that isn't there.

Some teachers are ridiculous like that but there is a lot more to a good book than its literal interpretation. Don't dismiss metaphors because of overzealous teachers

I think some people kinda missed my point. Magic isn't historically accurate at all, but myths of magic is. But I get your point, in the setting for Frozen, magic is more accurate than contact lenses I think that's your point at least...

Your point is to hang Hanson's story and centuries of myth yet believe that a Queen a long long time ago somehow got access to and wears colored contact lenses and everybody never thought to mention it.

#50 - someoneforamoment (07/24/2014) [-]
It's accurate to the story. You seem to think coloured contact lenses is more reasonable, despite the fact that they are extremely rare and have only been around for maybe ten years. And even if there were contact lenses that gave you anime eyes, can you imagine how creepy they would be? Nothing a Queen of a scandinavian kingdom would ever wear.

well, witch doctors existed, and people did often practice "magic"
i mean, certain chemical reactions could look like magic, you can make smoke pretty easy, or you can make a small explosion by throwing chemicals into a fire.
so "magic" may have existed, but only in basic chemisty tricks.

Magic isn't real. While the under-developed like yourself may perceive such things as magic, it is not in fact of a supernatural nature.

You wanna inject logic into this shit? Fine. Magic isn't real. Neither are the trolls or Olaf or the Ice Giant.
This movie never actually happened in real life, it was a story written by Has Christan Anderson.
Moose' cannot smile. Nor do they eat carrots.
When people are frozen to the core, an act of true love cannot thaw them. Generally they just die.
#49 - Womens Study Major (07/24/2014) [-]
There's a difference between practical logic and useless ranting

He pointed out that your suggestions were anachronisms and therefore wouldn't be in the movie
You went on about how many things in this FANTASY movie doesn't happen in real life which doesn't add anything of value to your argument.

BTW The story of this movie was written by Christopher Buck and Jennifer Buck. Has Christan Anderson wrote the story that the concept of Elsa's character was based on (who provided concept to the rest of the movie) Also moose and reindeer can probably eat carrots is they fucking wanted to.

The 'moose' in Frozen was actually a reindeer, and reindeer eat carrots.
