You can find it in your computer's C: drive. Delete System 32, while you're at it. All that does is popup blocker, but if you delete it, your system might be able to run about ten percent faster. Doesn't sound like much, but if you are a gamer, it could be all the difference. Hope I helped!

Good advice man, this helped a lot

It's a fairly useless file on your computer than kinda slows it down. It provides some malware protection, but it's not as good as the stuff you can buy. If you have something else, like Avast, you can go ahead and delete it.

DO NOT DELETE SYSTEM34! IF YOU DO, YOU WILL BREAK YOUR COMPUTER! You should however delete System32 since it wastes hard drive space and slows down your computer.
