I'm Katie, and I have a wide variety of tastes. If anyone, and I do mean anyone, needs someone to talk to, vent to, I'm here. I'll also just talk to you if you're a cool person. I love Emma Stone, Emma Watson, and the name Emma. I like Doctor Who, My Little Pony, and other shows like that. I'm an atheist and I'm not straight.

Wow, well, it must work pretty well and be easy to use. I was expecting it'd be really hard, but considering someone who hasn't done much graphic art can use it, I probably can.
And yeah, that's the worst. I haven't continued working on this since, because of all the effort lost, I didn't want to do it again.

That's pretty awesome. Did you already have experience with just using a mouse, or was that the second time you really did anything after getting it?

This is something I started working on a while ago, the colour is shit though, because I had a friend colour it because I was kinda scared I'd mess it up, and this is what they sent back, then I fixed it up and I was so close to done, I had a background and everything, the colour was almost perfect, but then my computer decided to restart before I had saved :c But yeah, I drew that with just the trackpad, and that was the first thing I'd ever done in PS, the first major drawing I've ever done graphically.

Wow, that's really really good. You'll do an amazing job with a tablet.

That was my second time doing anything serious. I hadn't used a mouse before, but I was decent with pencils. It was a request for some guy's guitar. I've had my computer fuck up so many times and I've lost so much. -_-

Okay. I'm really looking forward to getting one, cause I have been getting so frustrated with using the trackpad. And finally I can actually make decent art.

Well, I draw and stuff on PS, but I find it a pain with the laptop's trackpad, so I want a tablet to make my life easier. How does it work, anyway? I kinda want to know more about them before I go buying them..
User avatar #5095 - soggycorn (06/28/2012) [-]
Connect will probably work for you.

What it is is a chalkboard like tablet that comes with a pen. The pen feels like a real one, don't worry about that. It's a layout of your computer screen but it's interactive. Go to the corner of the tablet, it goes to the corner of the screen. It's basically a blank slate that pick up the pen as if it was a mouse. The pen is wireless and battery-less, but the tablet remains plugged in.
