i think ichigo might do it because he an't rlly die when he dies his hollow side just takes over and start wooping shit and in terms of destructive power/durability he was able to block ulquiora's attack with his hands wich caused quite the explosions.

Injured Vegeta could blow up planets in the Sayian Saga, and this was before Super Sayian. Goku was more powerful than that with Kaioken x3 and imagine how much more powerful than Kaioken x3 Super Sayian 3 is. Goku is higher in every category besides intellect but that doesn't really matter when you can blow everything up.
