 Canon is fucked if they do this. Johnny Storm is Susan's brother... she's white. Originally, their parents were white, named Franklin and Valeria. Make the human torch black, you say? Forget that people won't want to see it, despite the script being exceptionally written, and leagues beyond the abortion of the original. Who writes this stuff, do they just give the concept to a guy with the slightest idea "Oh there's a guy who can set himself on fire. I can make him any ethnicity I want?"
