A railgun would make a more practical weapon though, since while it has a lot more friction, it also has a far higher muzzle velocity, and the ammo could be made out of anything conductive since it uses the repulsion of one magnetic field against another rather than the pull of one on a ferromagnetic projectile.

If I had the means to do that, I would.
Making a coil gun is really simple, and that design has some great potential as an effective multi-stage one, since the barrel has those compartments that probably even are suppsed to be for coils. Add the fact that you could fit a pretty sweet capacitor bank into the crank-looking thing and you probably could use it as a combat weapon, though you'd have to make a huge battery pack which would take up much of the stock and weigh it down to have any significant amount of shots per charging.

but then you would have a weapon with little to no recoil and almost no moving parts so wear and repair would be low, someone with basic electrical skills would be able to repair it in field assuming you dont destroy the capacitors, and it could also be made from lightweight polymers and carbon fibers since it wouldnt need to be made from heavy metal parts it might end up being bigger and less mobile but the only thing you would have to carry would be the ammo and some spare battery's and parts

One is The Promise. Its the story of Zuko struggling to keep the fire nation stable, and the war starting again in the earth kingdom.

The other which comes out later this year is The Search. This is the story of Zuko and Azula searching for their mother. The picture is a teaser for that comic.
